These Book Online Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms and Conditions”) govern the purchase, use and cancellation of Therapy Sessions booked and paid online through our web site www.massage-au.com.au. For questions, comments or suggestions, please contact SuJok and Massage Therapy at:

Booking a Therapy Session

• On-line booking for therapy sessions can’t be done for the current day. Contact SuJok and Massage Therapy to book for today.
• SuJok and Massage Therapy reserves that right to make changes to any booking made on-line. These changes may include re-scheduling date and hour of the session or clinic location. The customer will be contacted to discuss the re-scheduling.
• Therapy session that is not consumed at the scheduled booking time and date and is not re-scheduled for later time or date is not refundable.

Payment

• Payments are done via PayPal. For PayPal Terms and Conditions click here.
• Receipts are issued by PayPal and will be sent by e-mail to the given e-mail address.
• Invoices are issued after the Therapy Session by the Therapist who has conducted the service. Invoices will be sent by e-mail to the given e-mail address. For receiving Invoices any other way, inform your Therapist during the session or contact SuJok and Massage Therapy.

Attending a Therapy Session

• The Recipient of a Therapy Session is required to show his/her PayPal Receipt and Booking ID.
• For security purposes, the Recipient of a Therapy Session may be required to show valid ID before he or she can attend the session.
• Use and redemption of a Therapy Session are also governed by our Privacy Policy.
• SuJok and Massage Therapy, its therapists and partners reserve the right to refuse service for any reason and return the funds or part of the funds* to the purchaser.

Cancellation and re-scheduling

• SuJok and Massage Therapy reserves the right to immediately invalidate a Therapy Session, without notice, should it receive a credit card chargeback.
• The following fees apply for Cancellation and Re-scheduling of booked and paid Therapy sessions:

Cancellations are accepted in written form only and should be sent to SuJok and Massage Therapy by post or e-mail. The notice must include Booking ID, amount paid, bank account and address of the recipient. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the total paid amount and the rest of the fund will be returned to the purchaser via check or bank transfer.

Re-scheduling fee must be paid before the Therapy session.

Miscellaneous Terms and Conditions

• SuJok and Massage Therapy reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its sole discretion.
• These terms and conditions are subject to and governed by the laws of NSW, without reference to its principles of conflicts of law.
• If any provision of these Terms and Conditions should, for any reason, be held invalid or unenforceable in any respect, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall be enforced to the full extent permitted by law. A court of competent jurisdiction is hereby empowered to modify the invalid or unenforceable provision to make it valid and enforceable.
