Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

These Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms and Conditions”) govern the purchase, use and redemption of gift Vouchers purchased at SuJok and Massage Therapy. For questions, comments or suggestions, please contact SuJok and Massage Therapy at:

Purchasing, Sending and Receiving Gift Vouchers
- Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers.
- Gift Vouchers have no cash value.
- Gift Vouchers are not valid until payment has been received and successfully processed (if paying by Credit Card or Cheque).
- SuJok and Massage Therapy reserves the right to refuse service or reverse any Gift Voucher purchase for any reason and return the funds to the purchaser.
- The Invoice will be issued to the purchaser of the Gift Voucher.
Redeeming Gift Vouchers
- Gift Vouchers are only redeemable at the SuJok and Massage Therapy Clinics and for the service specified on the Gift Voucher. If a specified service or Clinic location are no longer available by the time the Gift Voucher is redeemed, the Gift Voucher can be redeemed for service of similar value, at the discretion of SuJok and Massage Therapy.
- Not Refundable. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
- Any unused balance of the Gift Voucher will remain until redeemed.
- For security purposes, a recipient may be required to show valid ID before he or she can redeem the Gift Voucher.
- Use and redemption of our Gift Vouchers are also governed by our Privacy Policy.
- SuJok and Massage Therapy, its agents and vendors, may provide Gift Voucher purchasers with information about the redemption status of Gift Vouchers.
Cancellation and Expiration of Gift Vouchers
- SuJok and Massage Therapy reserves the right to immediately invalidate Gift Vouchers, without notice, should it receive a credit card chargeback, returned check or other form of repudiated payment made towards the Gift Voucher.
- SuJok and Massage Therapy is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Vouchers. Reasonable and prudent steps are taken to verify the legitimacy of a redeemer and upon full redemption, we deactivate the Gift Voucher.
- SuJok and Massage Therapy reserves the right to dishonor the Gift Voucher, if it reasonably believes the redeemer stole or is otherwise not the intended beneficiary of the purchaser.
- Gift Vouchers have 3 months expiration date.
- If a gift Voucher has not been redeemed within the validity period, the original purchaser of the Gift Voucher may obtain a new copy of the original Gift Voucher from us, upon request. Alternatively, we may send out the original email notice of a Gift Voucher, if email was the original method of Gift Voucher delivery.
Miscellaneous Terms and Conditions
- SuJok and Massage Therapy reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its sole discretion.
- SuJok and Massage Therapy is not responsible for emailed Gift Vouchers that do not reach their intended recipient for reasons beyond its control. Bounced email is not monitored. Receipt of email cannot be verified..
- Between 1pm and 6pm, MST, SuJok and Massage Therapy processes future email delivery requests and ships out previously scheduled email. SuJok and Massage Therapy is not responsible for late delivery of Gift Vouchers.
- SUJOK AND MASSAGE THERAPY, ITS AGENTS AND AFFILIATES, MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT VOUCHERS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT VOUCHER NUMBER OR BAR CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT VOUCHER.
- Gift Vouchers, and this terms and conditions, are subject to and governed by the laws of NSW, without reference to its principles of conflicts of law.
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions should, for any reason, be held invalid or unenforceable in any respect, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall be enforced to the full extent permitted by law. A court of competent jurisdiction is hereby empowered to modify the invalid or unenforceable provision to make it valid and enforceable.
